Where do I get this file?
From the local review page at the end of an audit: you tick the mistakes you're willing to share and download the package. If that page has already sent it for you, you don't need this form at all.
Can I edit the file before uploading?
No. The package carries a hash of its own contents and a count of its records, and both are checked here — delete a record by hand and the upload is refused. Choose what to share on the review page instead, before you download: what you exclude never reaches the file, and is still counted anonymously in the totals.
Can I delete it afterwards?
No — because we can't know it was you who sent it. Submission is anonymous by design: no account, no email, no identifier. With nothing tying a package to a person, a deletion request can't be honoured, which is exactly why you review the list first.
